Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that inform and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

· Collect and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Maintain and update databases and data systems to ensure data integrity.

Analysis and Reporting:

· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

· Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.

Collaboration:

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Problem-Solving:

· Use statistical methods and analytical tools to address complex business challenges.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend actionable changes.

Documentation and Communication:

· Document data processes, methodologies, and analysis results.

· Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis.

· Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.

· Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and data analysis techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools.
